Course Details
This course is primarily designed for Contractor’s Site Engineers and Supervisors, providing practical, example-based explanations drawn from successfully delivered projects. It focuses on how to apply key provisions of the FIDIC 2017 Red Book (Conditions of Contract for Construction – traditional Design–Bid–Build projects) in a practical manner, without legal or theoretical complexity.
The course equips participants to apply contractual provisions in various real-life execution scenarios encountered during construction projects. It also covers Contract requirements, project delivery methods, contract price and payment mechanisms, and standard contract terminology. In addition, it addresses the management of Variations, Claims, Interim Payments, handling delayed payments, drafting contractual correspondence, and utilizing AI prompts to support email responses and formal communications.
