Tailored FIDIC for Contractor

Engineer Jan Zakhary

This course is intended for Contractor’s Engineers and is rich in practical examples. It is designed to facilitate the understanding of contract administration for execution contractors without legal complexities. It includes an explanation of the provisions of the FIDIC 2017 Red Book (Conditions of Contract for Construction) that Contractor’s Engineers need in order to understand the contractual actions required to safeguard their entitlements under all circumstances encountered throughout the Project lifecycle. The course focuses on enhancing your knowledge of your rights and obligations, as well as your understanding of the correct contractual procedures and the proper timing for taking such actions, from the perspective of the most widely used standard form of contract—the FIDIC Red Book for traditional (re-measurement) projects.
